Consider this similar to a campus placement process, wherein all companies and candidates come together for a defined time period. However unlike campus placements, it’s for experienced graduates and operates as a completely transparent marketplace. Let us explain.

In Eureca auctions, companies shortlist the candidates they like and send interview invites with a tentative salary offer. As a recruiter, you can see what other salary offers a particular candidate has received. This enables you to take a call on whether you’d like to increase your tentative salary, or if you’d like to back out and look for other strong candidates. This allows you to save a lot of time and focus only on the candidates that are important to you, and also have the best chance of joining your company.
Every organisation hires in its own way. We insist that you take at least two interviews during the two weeks auction. Post the interviews, we encourage you to make the final decision as quickly as you can.
If you don’t find any relevant candidates and end up taking zero interviews, we’ll refund 100% of your participation fee.
